Four Decades of Hair Success.
- 1983 — Founded. Hair Success begins serving the region — the start of more than 40 years of beauty, wellness and community.
- Elle Magazine's Top 100 Salons in the USA — 4 times and counting. National recognition for the guest experience we've built our name on.
- REDKEN Black Elite Salon Award. Named a Redken Black Elite Salon — a major recognition from Redken for excellence in the craft.
- The Blu Water Creek era. We moved to our new BLU Water Creek Salon & Spa at 3233 45th Street South in Fargo — a state-of-the-art facility, the largest Salon & Day Spa in the United States — home to the salon, the day spa with the Grotto, and SKIN Medical Aesthetics Clinic.
- October 2026 — A new chapter. Under new ownership with Denise Ratzlaff, Hair Success/SKIN isn't becoming something different. We're becoming a better version of what you love — the same great team, the same trusted services, and exciting new opportunities in beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics.
